Manny Pacquiao vs. Cotto Tonight

Yehey, it’s Manny Pacquiao’s vs Coto fight tonight. We will be going to my cousin Mavic’s house in Baypoint so we can watch it over there. Me and Heidee, are in the food committee. So eto ngayon, aligaga ako sa pagbabalat at pagpapakulo ng gagawin kong sinigang na baboy. I am no cook but pwde na din nila pagtyagaan ang maluluto kong sinigang. But if I can just copy that taste of the yummy sinigang at Tribu Grill in Fremont, I think I will make them doubly happy. I will also cook Ginatan and my husband will do the Lechon Kawali.
All the Filipinos in the whole wide world will be tuning in to this fight and here in the US, when we gather together like that , it definitely means lots of food on the table, a lot of eating , karaoke singing(?) while waiting for the fight.
But back to Manny Paquiao, I hope he wins , nakasalalay dito ang karangalan ng Pilipinas kong mahal. But then knowing Manny I know he’d be giving it his very best,it’s a fight to the end.
In case he doesn’t win, well, it’s okay, he has done his best and that is what matters.
