We had a quake with a 4-point something just moments ago at 8:40 in the evening. The glass window rattled for about six seconds. I thought somebody was jumping so hard that was causing the windows to rattle but realized that it was an earthquake. Husband ran out immediately with John while I was torn between getting my bag and some of John’s things when the ground stopped shaking to my relief.

This is what I really hate about living here in California, the thought that any moment there might be a quake . They always say a BIG ONE is coming but I hope it never comes in my lifetime, or in my child’s or better yet, I hope it never comes at all.
